RankRadius is operated by AI Software Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information RankRadius collects when you use rankradius.ai and app.rankradius.ai (“the Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: [email protected].
Account information. Your email address, your name, an optional profile picture link, and your password. We store only a one-way hash of your password (bcrypt), never the password itself. Accounts are currently created by invitation; there is no public sign-up.
Business location information. The businesses you add: name, address, phone number, website, categories, opening hours, map coordinates, and public listing details such as rating and review count. When you look a business up by name or Google Maps link, these details come from the Google Places API.
Work you do in the Service. Profile audits and their scores, tasks, campaigns, rank-tracking scans (keyword, grid size, and the results for each grid point), AI-generated drafts, and your settings and preferences.
Google account connections (only if you choose to connect).
webmasters.readonly): we store the email address of the Google account you connected, the Search Console property you chose, and the access and refresh tokens Google issues. Search performance data is fetched from Google when you view it; we do not keep a copy of it.business.manage): we store the Google account email, the Business Profile account and location names you connect, and the tokens Google issues. Until Google approves our access to the Business Profile APIs, RankRadius does not fetch any Business Profile data.Review-request contacts (only if you use review requests). If you send review requests through RankRadius, you give us your customers’ names, email addresses and, optionally, phone numbers and service details. We email those customers on your behalf. The emails contain a tracking image and a tracked link so that you can see whether an email was opened and whether the link was clicked. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop emailing anyone who uses it. You are responsible for having your customers’ permission to contact them.
Technical information. Our servers log each request (IP address, browser type, the address requested, and the time). The app keeps your sign-in session and your language choice in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not set tracking cookies.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
RankRadius’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

We also run some processing, such as competitor analysis and usage-cost metering, on other systems operated by AI Software Labs LLC.
We keep your account and location data while your account is open. Server request logs are rotated automatically: each service keeps only its most recent logs (up to about 30 MB), and they are cleared whenever the service is updated.
When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data from the live system within 30 days. We also keep daily backups for up to about 6 months, so deleted data can remain in those backups until they expire.
Disconnecting a Google connection inside RankRadius deletes the tokens we stored for it. You can also remove RankRadius’s access from your Google Account at any time (Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access).
Traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Access to our servers and database is limited to the people who run the Service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can export your location data from the Settings page. If you received a review-request email, you can unsubscribe with the link in the email, or contact the business that sent it.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell account holders by email or in the app before it takes effect.
